we want to tell you how to prepare one of the quintessential recipes of German cuisines, such as currywurst. And the truth is that this dish originally from the city of Berlin, you can find it both installs and fast food outlets and in many succulent and elegant restaurants.

Elaboration
The first step that we must carry out to prepare our typical German recipe is to chop the onion and the garlic clove. In some versions of this dish, you can find the onion cut into julienne strips, so you can prepare your ingredients as you like best.
The next step will be to put the olive oil to heat in a frying pan so that we can fry the garlic and onion mixture for a few minutes. When we see that our mixture is well fried, we will only have to add the 500 grams of tomato well chopped together with its juice. With these ingredients, we will also add the sugar and let it reduce for a few minutes without losing sight of it.

We have already advanced an important part of our plate but we are not finished with it. To the mixture that we have already prepared with the onion, garlic, tomato, and sugar we will add the puree and apple cider vinegar, the Dijon mustard, and the ground curry. When we have gone around all the ingredients, we will take care of seasoning them to our liking since this is a very personal decision.

Once we have mixed everything well, we will let it cook and settle until the food is reduced and the chopped tomato has completely or almost completely dissolved. When we have it well established, we will pass this mixture through our blender. Like everything in this life, the level of grinding depends a lot on the taste of each one, so it will be you if you want a sauce with more or fewer lumps.

To do this, we will only have to put a little oil and the sausages in a frying pan. If you don’t want to cook them in a pan, you can always use a griddle or a grill if you have one, since the flavor will be more intense. When cooking them, we have to be very careful that they do not brown too much since they can be too hard or vary their flavor a lot. Once we have them cooked, we only have to plate them and place our tomato sauce and curry on them.
